Refrigerated Air Dryer

The refrigerated air dryer comes in two types including normal temperature refrigeration air dryer and high temperature refrigeration air dryer. Both of the two types of refrigerated dryer adopt the air cooling technique. Premium components have been used for the products. You can see the features, parameters and models below.

1. Our refrigerated air dryer comes with a high temperature enclosed type air compressor or normal temperature enclosed type air compressor from famous companies like PERFORMER and MANEUROP from France, and BITZER and COPERLAND from Germany. The compressor features stable rotation, low noise, energy saving, and long service life.

2. The condenser comes with quality and highly efficient threaded pipe which has high heat transmission coefficient. The cylinder is made of stainless steel or zinc-plated steel, avoiding the secondary pollution to the compressed air.

3. All the refrigeration control elements of the refrigerated air dryer come from advanced companies like DANFOSS from Denmark, and ALCO and SPORLAN from the United States. These elements have the throttling and pressure reducing functions of a thermal expansion valves, the energy regulating function of a hot gas by-pass valve, the refrigerant oil protection function of an oil separator, and the refrigerant high/low pressure protection function.

4. The gas-liquid separation is conducted by a gas-liquid separator which combines cyclone separation technique and stainless steel mist catcher. The separation performance is great, and the water won't evaporate again, ensuring good drying performance can be achieved. This refrigerated air dryer has better drying performance than cyclone separator, and lower use-cost than gas-liquid filtering technique. The cost-effectiveness is very good.
