KAISHAN Group has founded its North America R&D Center in Seattle in the United States. According to the developing strategy-American Research, Chinese Manufacturing, a number of advanced technologies and corresponding drilling machines have been developed.

The model design and product parameters will be provided by the R&D team, which is led by Dr. Tang, in the North America R&D Center. The design drawings will be developed by the R&D center in Shanghai, China, and then the Quzhou technology center will be in charge of the production technique design. At last, the factories will produce the worldwide leading high-tech drill rigs.

In 2012, KAISHAN General Machinery Research Institute was founded. A dozen of experts with master's degree or above were divided into seven teams. These groups focus on the technology research of screw air compressor, refrigerant screw compressor, gas screw compressor, screw expander, centrifugal compressor, and vacuum pump (air blower), respectively.
