The DTH drilling rig for open use has been upgraded to meet national diesel engine emission standards. It is equipped with a Yuchai four-cylinder National Stage III engine, ensuring compliance with environmental and emission requirements. The rig features a folded crawler frame and engineering-grade four-wheel undercarriage, along with crawler leveling and plunger walking motors, enhancing working pressure and climbing performance. Enlarged pitching and boom lift cylinders ensure reliable operation under extreme positioning requirements, while increased rotary torque and speed improve efficiency. The propulsion motor and chain-driven feed system enhance lifting power and reliability. An upgraded dust collector improves dust removal efficiency, making the rig more environmentally friendly and reliable during operation. The thickened folded profile of the outer shell enhances structural strength and rigidity, while added lifting rings simplify loading and unloading.
