The DTH drilling rig is designed specifically for drilling foundation pile holes for photovoltaic projects. It features a powerful 73kW engine and an efficient desert air filter, allowing for a maximum drilling diameter of 305mm. The hydraulic system includes a high-pressure cast iron pump, reinforced wide crawler tracks, a 20A roller chain lifting system, and a large-section steel guide rail, all contributing to high durability and performance with a single 2.6-meter feed advance.

The rig’s rotary head is equipped with four hydraulic motors and high-modulus straight gears with a large reduction ratio, delivering up to 6000Nm of rotary torque, making it ideal for large-diameter pile drilling operations. The optional features include a 1-ton carriage winch, which is ideal for lifting drill bits, impact tools, and other equipment, making operations easier. An 8-ton carriage winch is also available, designed for use on steep slopes to provide the necessary traction and ensure stable rig operation.
