KG500GF DTH Drilling Rig for Photovoltaic Foundation

This DTH drilling rig is specifically designed for photovoltaic foundation pile holes. It is equipped with an 86kW engine and a high-efficiency desert air filter, supporting a maximum drilling diameter of 500mm. The hydraulic system features a high-pressure cast iron pump, widened and thickened crawler tracks, a 28A roller chain lifting system, and a box-type large-section steel guide rail to ensure robust strength, allowing a single push length of up to 4 meters.

The rotary head is powered by four hydraulic motors, utilizing high-modulus straight gears with a large reduction ratio transmission. This provides the rig with a powerful rotary torque of up to 12,000Nm, making it ideal for large-diameter foundation pile drilling operations. The optional winch configurations include a 1-ton carriage winch, which is convenient for lifting drill bits, tools, and impact devices during operation. Additionally, an 8-ton carriage winch is available, ideal for use on steep slopes to ensure sufficient traction and stable performance in challenging conditions.
